JCORET Reserve Evaluator Training Courses are created specifically for appropriately educated and experienced engineering and geological professions who may need additional training to become more competent in their role as reserves and resources evaluators. Course participants are expected to be familiar with general reservoir engineering and geological principles.
Employers are welcomed and encouraged to adopt any or all of the JCORET-approved courses as being appropriate for use in recognizing certain employees as Qualified Reserves Evaluators or through use of similar descriptive titles.
Course length and cost may vary from as short as 1 hour (ethics training) to several days at costs designated by the course author/presenter.
